Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We will make every reasonable effort to obtain that goal. If you’re feeling that you have not received full value for the Minmar product(s) you purchased, please reach out and allow us to work with you to resolve your concerns.
Refunds
It would be our first option to exchange or replace any item that you find to be unworthy of the high quality standards we set here at Minmar Arts. If that is not possible, a refund is possible under the following conditions:
– We are able to verify your purchase with a receipt or trackable order number.
– We’d like photos and detailed descriptions of what went wrong, so we can ensure it doesn’t happen again.
– Refunds are for the product amounts and taxes paid. Shipping costs are not refundable.
